Investing in technology and systems is one of the most prominent modern plans that are among the goals and strategies of the Board of Directors at Arab Awaed, especially in light of our keeping pace with the 2030 Economic Vision and the advanced e-government system and the various platforms of information systems of the various ministries, most notably (Sima – Yaqeen – Ilm – (Tamm) and our full use of these platforms and providing services to our customers according to the information systems for their business requirements. Therefore, we have established purposeful systems based on long experiences that have changed the concept of collection in the Kingdom, and we are proud of that and call it internally the smart collection system, which ensures full business coverage and control over customers’ debts.
